User Responsibilities<\/strong> You agree to provide accurate information when making purchases. Fraudulent activity will result in account suspension.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Limitation of Liability<\/strong> We are not responsible for event cancellations or reschedules. Refunds may apply as outlined in our Refund Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Text Messages (SMS)<\/strong> Mobile opt in, SMS consent or numbers for the purpose of SMS are not shared with any third parties or affiliates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We help people purchase tickets to events or arrange for special accomodations. By texting our mobile\/cell number (888) 362-7815 you agree to be contacted in regards to helping you with purchases, provide resources to help you make better decisions, and other related material. This is not a \u201cLead Collecting\u201d Phone Number.\u00a0 We do not \u2018auto text\u2019 or Text you without prior phone\/text contact from you.\u00a0 This number is to facilitate the transactions of new or existing clients, contact past clients, Providers, and Friends during the course of doing a normal Transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text \u201cSTOP\u201d to the shortcode. Upon sending \u201cSTOP,\u201d we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
