How Does Your Service Work?
Getting started with Event Day Tickets is simple:

  1. Submit your event request through this online form below or reach out via our phone or email for a Ticket Quote
  2. You’ll receive a personalized quote same business day or within 24 business hours of the request. Quotes remain valid for 72 business hours, yet please be aware that no tickets are held without payment. 
  3. Once payment is completed either via invoice or a secure payment link—you will receive an order confirmation and receipt of your purchase.

For group ticket inquiries, please contact us directly by phone for the best servcie. We’ll work with you to find the best arrangements, price, travel, transportation, and accommodations for your group.


Do You Charge Any Fees?
Unlike many other online ticket platforms, Event Day Tickets does not impose additional fees beyond the price we quote you. The only exception applies to special seating requests. If you require specific seating arrangements, any associated fees will be transparently communicated before you proceed with payment.


Will I Know My Seating Details?
In most cases, the precise seat numbers are confirmed once you receive your tickets, typically during the week leading up to the event. However, we ensure that you will always know the general section or area within the venue based on your preferences.
If you require a specific seat at an event, this can often be arranged for an additional fee. Please inform us of such preferences during your inquiry for accurate pricing and availability.


Issue with Entry?
In the rare event of a problem with your ticket upon entering the venue, Event Day Tickets will prioritize resolving the issue promptly. We’ll arrange for a replacement ticket of equivalent value on the day.
Your first point of contact will be our team via Phone, where we’ll coordinate with on-site staff to facilitate the transfer of new tickets.
Although entry issues are extremely uncommon, you can trust that resolving them will remain our utmost priority. If no comparable replacement is available, a full refund will be issued within a timely manner.

When Will I Receive My Tickets?
Ticket delivery depends on the type of ticket purchased. Below is a guide to when you can expect your tickets:

E-Tickets:

  • PDF tickets are typically sent within 24-48 hours before the event. These can be printed at home or displayed on your mobile device. Specific instructions will be included in your order confirmation.
  • Mobile tickets, often transferred through ticketing apps, are also delivered 24-48 hours prior to the event.

Physical (Paper) Tickets:

  • Paper tickets are generally dispatched 3-5 days before the event. In some cases, they may be available for collection locally on the day of the event at a designated location. Specific delivery or pickup instructions will be shared in advance.
