Refund Policy

Although entry issues are extremely uncommon, you can trust that resolving them will remain our utmost priority. If no comparable replacement is available, a full refund will be issued within a timely manner.

Refund Eligibility Refunds are issued only for:

  • Event cancellation by the organizer.
  • Invalid or unusable tickets.


Non-Refundable Cases No refunds for:

  • Changed personal plans or schedules.
  • Incorrect information provided during purchase.

In the rare instance that we do not have a comparable ticket replacement available, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
